To reveal the salt tolerance and osmotic tolerance of Z. rouxii M2013310, we measured the transcription level of Z. rouxii M2013310 cultured to logarithmic phase in YEPDmedium, medium which containing 180g/L sodium chloride based on YEPD, and containing 600g/L glucose based on YEPD.
